- Upper: Made from 2.0-2.2 mm thick oil- and water-repellent full-grain leather, featuring a zipper, flame-retardant laces, and reflective flame-resistant tape
- Tongue/Gusset: Padded gusset crafted from 1.2 mm thick water-repellent premium cowhide leather
- Lining: Fantasia Windtex fabric combined with a water-repellent, anti-perspirant membrane, reinforced with flame-retardant heat-sealed seams. Foam padding varies in thickness (2-6-8 mm) depending on the area. Ankle lining includes variable-density padding with flame-resistant mesh
- Buttress: Single-piece thermo-adhesive regenerated leather, positioned between the lining and the outer shell, with thickness ranging from 0.8 to 1.1 mm depending on the size
- Protective Shell: Anti-crushing steel toe cap, capable of withstanding a pressure of 200J (1500 kg)
- Reinforcement: Additional leather layer over the protective shell for enhanced durability in firefighting and civil protection environments
- Reflective Heel Strip: High-visibility flame-retardant material available in gray or fluorescent yellow
- Underfoot: Removable, anatomically shaped insole, designed for comfort and integrated with the membrane
